SRAM has announced a new Bronze level Stealth Code and level brake. The new models are released alongside the new T-Type SRAM GX AXS groupset and sit below the existing Ultimate and Silver Stealth brakes which were launched alongside the XX and X0 T-Type Transmissions.

The Stealth brakes feature a new sleeker lever plus a simplified product hierarchy with the Ultimate level being SRAM's best mountain bike brakes, followed by the Silver, and now featuring the Bronze level too.

The Bronze Stealth brakes still have the option of a four-pot enduro-focused Code caliper and the cross-country and trail orientated Level, which come in other four-pot or two-pot options.

The calipers are made from forged aluminum and the four-pot models come with SRAM's Bleeding Edge port, although the two-pot caliper uses the older threaded design.

The Bronze level Stealth lever has the same slimline design as the Silver and Ultimate versions which position the lever closer to the handlebar in order for a tidier cockpit and to compliment the new SRAM T-Type Transmissions.

The Bronze levers pivot on a bushing and feature tool-free reach adjustment via a barrel adjuster on the top of the lever blade.

The levers are also made using forged aluminum and come in a 'Dark Polar' anodized color, which matches the calipers and GX T-Type drivetrains.

The new levers are ambidextrous and are compatible with existing Stealth-a-Majig hose barb, olive and compression fittings, and SRAM hydraulic brake hoses. All existing MatchMaker X handlebar clamp products will also be compatible with the new levers.

SRAM says both the Bronze level brakes and the new GX T-Type Transmission should be available to purchase right now.
