Fox Factory looks to have your MTB suspension needs covered with free suspension setup sessions and rapid turnaround on servicing at their new UK Service Center
Fox has opened its brand new and very swish-looking Fox Factory Service Center, which is just a ride away from some of the best mountain bike trails in the South East of the UK. Fox Factory say they have firmly planted their flag in the UK, with the new Woking facility aiming to deliver a first-class service to mountain bike riders and retailers across the country. Along with the service offering, the new Fox Factory Center will also offer free 30-minute setup sessions, to further dial in, customize suspension and ensure mountain bikers are getting the best performance out of their suspension systems.
As suspension systems on the best full-suspension mountain bikes continue to evolve, becoming more advanced, and also more expensive, tuning and servicing have become more important than ever. Fox says their new 12,000 sq ft facility will support the increasing demand for the best MTB servicing and warranty processing which will guarantee they offer the best and most comprehensive service to refresh and upgrade suspension for both Fox and Marzocchi brands.
The new service center will be staffed by a crack team of the finest Fox Factory-trained and certified suspension technicians. Who also work closely with the engineers designing the product and riders who test them, and as you'd expect they say that knowledge of all the ins and outs of the Fox range of products is second to none.
Rob Boakes, Manager, Fox Factory Service Center UK spoke about the facility, "We are stoked to open this brand new offering to riders and dealers in the UK. With a core fanbase of some of the most committed riders anywhere in the world and a growing brand presence at retail, we can now offer unrivaled support to all Fox Factory and Marzocchi suspension owners and dealers with service and warranty."
With Fox Factory being a global concern, rapid turnaround and reliable servicing is the aim of the new facility, stocking a large inventory of replacement parts and fast access to the latest Fox Factory suspension parts, which they add means less waiting and more riding.
When a rider's Fox dropper post or suspension arrives at Fox Factory, professional technicians will ensure that each product receives a full inspection, teardown and rebuild with proprietary replacement seals and oil. As mentioned along with high-quality servicing, upgrades and customization requests are also available, before a final quality assessment check ensures the product is running just as well, if not better, than when it was first purchased.
