This £800 discount on the Ragley Marley 2.0 hardtail is a Black Friday MTB deal not to be missed

The Black Friday and Cyber Monday shopping weekend is almost here with the big mountain bike deals weekend set for the 24th to the 27th of November 2023. As Black Friday approaches the best MTB bike brands and cycling retailers are already dropping their big deals and discounts.

One deal that we found last month during Amazon Prime Day was on the Ragley Marley 2.0 hardtail mountain bike. The Bike Perfect team has been busy hunting around for the best Black Friday deals, and spotted the Ragley Marley now has a further discount at Wiggle, who have now made it an even better deal for Black Friday. Right now it currently has a massive 57 percent discount, which makes the Marley 2.0 hardtail mountain bike from cult mountain bike brand Ragley an absolute steal.

You may have heard the news that Wiggle/Chain Reaction has gone into administration, but the administrators have issued a statement saying that "all operations are running as normal". So it would seem highly likely that there would be no issues in making a purchase on this bike or any of the other Wiggle deals we have spotlighted in our main Black Friday hub page.

Was £1,399.99, now £599.99
With a whopping saving of £800, we already loved this excellently specced entry-level hardtail mountain bike from Ragley. At this price it's almost too good to be true, and is available in sizes S-XL. The Ragley Marley 2.0 has an aluminum frame that balances stiffness with enough compliance to make it a great riding all-rounder mountain bike.

While we haven't specifically reviewed the Marley 2.0, we have tested the similar Ragley Big Wig Race, which our technical editor, Guy Kesteven, said was "a really well balanced and properly smooth-riding bike." Bike Perfect editor, Rich Owen, has tested the Marley for a rival publisher before joining us and recalls "a capable and fun to ride hardtail that's excellent value for money." And last, but not least, the Marley won our MBR colleagues' Hardtail of the Year test in 2016.

The Ragley Marley 2.0 is a perfect option as an entry-level all-rounder with a decent line-up of components to deliver performance and reliability. A Shimano/Sunrace groupset, SRAM DB8 brakes, RockShox forks with 130mm of travel, tubeless-ready WTB wheels and Maxxis tires make this an absolute bargain. The only thing that's missing is a dropper seatpost, but the Marley 2.0 has dropper routing already in the frame.

While this offer is for the UK only, we've added our price checker below which will automatically give you the best price on the Ragley Marley 2.0 in your territory.
